HDB 2nd Appt

25 August 2017 for 2nd final HDB appointment.Bapak is no longer here...whats left is his property to convert into cash...feeling sad for this day where he did not get to enjoy the seeds of his labour.

HDB First Appt

First HDB appointment on Friday 28 July 2017.Being my parents POA, I was required to bring back some documents home for signing as commissioner for oaths.It seems complicated when the owner can't attend their first HDB appointment.But everything went smoothly.

7 September 2017

Finally our HDB appointments completed on 7 September while the next day is Bapak Birthday.

11 June Moving In

Our moving day,hectic but mission accomplished.Alhamdulilah!
2 trips costing $550 but got a returned of $100 due to a lost bicycle.Lots of spending over a new home.

Project 2

Part 2 is clearing the junks on top of the wardrobe in the storeroom...everything is done fast and smooth.Task completed for the day.

Project 1

Potted plants all arranged neatly on the floor.We had the hanging racks removed and corridor looks neat than before.Task accomplished and feeling happy.

Packing time in Pending Rd.May things go smoothly on 11 June 2017 for our  house moving.

Happy for my parents as they managed to get a buyer within 12 days after their Pending flat is viewed by our entrust agent that is Nona Kirana.She came to my house and parents sign the letter of  agreement...hope the transaction will goes smoothly.
