Chocalate Brownies



150g flour
1 teaspoon salt
150g bittersweet [ dark chocalate ]
180g butter
300g granulated sugar
1 teaspooon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
100g walnuts [ coarsely chopped ]

Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.Melt the chocalate butter in a double boiler over barely simmering water.Remove from the heat and let cool a little.Gradually add the sugar to the chocalate mixture.Stir in the vanilla.Stir the eggs into the mixture one at a time.Fold the mixed dry ingredients into the mixture until just lightly blended.Gently fold in the walnuts.Spoon the batter into the prepared pan.Bake 25-30 mins with a toothpick inserted comes out clean.Cool the brownies on a wire rack at least for one hour before cutting.
