Chocalate Chip Cherry Cookies



125g flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Salt
125g butter softened
50g granulated sugar
vanilla extract
50g coarsely chopped candied cherries
60g semisweet
Dark chocalate [ coarsely chopped ]

Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer on low speed, beat in the dry ingredients, cherries and chocalate.

Drop rounded teaspoons of the dough 1 inch [ 2.5 cm apart on the prepared baking sheets.

Bake until golden brown about 15 mins.
