Collecting the POA document at Encik Rahman law firm for the first HDB appt on 28 July 2017.The POA was done in my residence.The cost is $300 for the lawyer transport and documentation.Office is located at Orange Tee Building next to Toa Payoh HDB Hub.Bought a PARKER ball point pen for the appointment.Feeling confident and all set to go.
